It appears Rene "Speedy" Gonzalez has a problem with his temper and alcohol, not necessarily in that order, going back at least to 2011; a sigh of relief that this fool didn't injure or kill anyone else.
Apparently, there isn't an extra charge/citation imposed if you're intoxicated and underage; however, the judge is going to be harsher with Ms. Beaufort, particularly because her BAC was over TWICE the limit.
