What is very interesting is that the combination of reval on all of Mr. Shekarchi's properties in Warwick showed a $110,600 reduction. How is that mathematically possible when virtually every property in the city increased in value. How can that happen when for example, every parcel without exception in the Winslow area that has been decimated by the airport, has increased dramatically?
