Thank you for sharing your Mom's story. I would see her all the time on Warwick Ave and outside Dave's. She reminded of my Aunt who suffered from the same illness. I would always give her a few dollars. It is a sad thing when someone is suffering and the laws do not allow you to help them . I really hope your mom's story raises awareness with people.
