Mr. Loparto: You lost my vote. "New leadership and representation" is not, repeat, NOT a plan. Would you reduce or eliminate the state sales tax? State income tax? Capital gains taxes? I threw you a softball and you whiffed! Sugar plum fairies and "education" is not a plan, especially in a state that boasts the second lowest median adult education level in New England. You had the opportunity here to outline a cogent, thoughtful plan. Disappointingly you failed.,
