Mrs. Marcantonio! Mrs. Tracy! Mrs. Mainella, I remember when you came back to school with your new name. Mr. Welch, seriously, the best principle ever. You all look so well. I remember moving here from the "city". My first day of school in my new second grade classroom with Mrs. Marcantonio. Mr. Welch had to walk me down the hall to class, I was having none of it and wanted to go home. Mrs. Marcantonio took my little hand and told me it was going to be alright and she sat me right down in the first row. I don't think I left that seat all day!!! But to this day I remember her being my favorite teacher (along with Mrs. Tracy & (Jane Rymell) and often tell my daughter stories about my time @ John Greene.
