My God they had to smell fresh paint! When will the injustices end?

It sounds like there are a lot of physical plant issues with the buildings, not good. Who is to blame? How about everyone who has been in central administration since the buildings were built since it seems like this is not a new problem but years if not decades of neglect? How about the people of Warwick? Have we stepped up and funded the renovations? Seems not. There are a lot of chefs in this soup.

We have two choices, complain and assign blame, or do something to fix the years (decades?) of neglect. Which shall we choose....
