The challenge you offerred is accepted. The regulation is not just for "lawn signs" but for all temporary political signs. You will note there is a time limit on these. As for signs on an office, even a political office, they are regulated by Zoning Regs 805.5, 806, 806.2, 806.3, with supplemental regs of 807.1, 807.2, 807.3, and 807.4. This doesn't specifically state "lawn signs", but I think it proves my point.
