I would not approve a penny until the $25,000,000 bond from 2006 (I think) is completely spent and we have an honest audit of School Committee spending (FROM AN INDEPENDENT OUTSIDE SOURCE) to see where the $160,000,000 that we are already giving them is going. Student populations are rapidly decreasing along with a 30% decrease in the number of teachers while the number of school administrators are ever increasing (30% and growing). This makes no sense. Taxpayers are shelling out more than half of their tax dollars to the School Committee, not the schools; not the teachers; not the students; the school committee.

And now they want $85 million MORE? Are you kidding me? NO! That would put the effective School Committee budget at over $245 million dollars with no accountability!!

This reckless spending has got to stop.

Make noise taxpayers! It's your money.
