Taking a vacant building (if that is the case) and turning it into a Boys and Girls Club is a great idea and it should even curb the number of Warwick taxpayers that continue to leave our city.
If this plan doesn't cost the taxpayer more than it's value I fully support it. It sounds like it won't and that is the best news.
I am anxiously awaiting the Thursday surprise, but, so far, this sounds like a win-win for the city and the taxpayers.
Cautious congrats to all involved. Davebarry 109 may be right. This may be "fantastic".
