Fix the damn buildings, upgrade/modernize the fire systems, but the computers, bring the school system kicking and screaming into the 21st century.

RAISE ME TAXES.

It is a good investment.

The biggest influence on your property's value is the school system, period. I will happily pay my share to ensure my kids get the education they deserve and as an added bonus, my property value goes up.
