Congratulations Donna Childs! Another Warwick resident that is worthy of the Key-to-the-City.
When someone like Donna achieves this level of success we should all applaud her efforts and showcase her to the rest of Rhode Island. The accomplishment will attract new visitors to our city and visitors sometimes become new taxpayers reducing the tax needs for us all.
