Huh.
So WTU claims students' Individualized Education Plans are being violated, the state investigates and finds only minor clerical errors. Yet another claim of the WTU shot down.
Warwick has "Disproportionality-inappropriate identification of students with IEPs," and Warwick students with IEP's are considered 1.5 students thus reducing the total number of students a teacher has. Am I the only one that sees an incentive for students to be identified as needing an IEP? Seems self serving on many levels.
