While I share your frustration with the tax cheat fake "mayor" and his fact-free perspective, I might humbly counsel some sort of relaxation exercise.

As you are already aware, the tax cheat fake "mayor" seems to consider evidence-based disprovals of his false claims to be some sort of perverse source for pride.

He will also no doubt use your reply to play the victim and blame you for yelling, despite his prior bullying behavior.

You will no doubt recall that I've made precisely the same point as you, that terms of the expired teachers' contract could not be extended past its expiration (in fact, as I have also noted repeatedly, a judge made this exact ruling), only to find the fake "mayor" continuing in his complete obliviousness to those facts.

Until the fake "mayor" corrects his clearly false assertions, everything else he says should be disregarded.
