My favorite commercial airline phenomenon is what I call Southwest's "Entitlement First Class": A family or group gets priority boarding by having the oldest or most infirm-looking member of the group use a wheelchair to board; when the flight lands and the flight crew instructs them to wait for the wheelchair, the individual miraculously rises and WALKS from the plane ahead of everyone else on board...Hallelujah- it's a miracle!
