I lived in Sarasota Florida for three and a half years so I am familiar with this kind of sight. There, it takes about four days to repair a water main. Picozzi and his crew did it in a couple of hours? WOW. Don't think we needed to know where Mr. Picozzi was at the time of the incident, but he got it repaired in record time. Well done.
