Report Inappropriate Comments

Is this an editorial or a hit piece? How many times can the words allegation/alleged, or possible appear in an article without any other facts, other than he said/she said comments? Are there police reports of any of these incidents? Have charges been filed? Are the students involved receiving a waiver to attend the school? This reads like the "news" I see on Facebook. Accusations don't equal reality.
