A 3 percent retroactive reward for the past two years for "working to rule".? How do you expect that with straight face.?
Does my child get back retroactive social events that the teachers would not attend? Or the field trips that help break up all the testing and regiment of teachers jamming information down student's throats. Do I get a retroactive meeting with my child's teacher on open house day which wasn't attended by the teachers for 2 years.
How about this idea? Since the teachers have done and are required to do MUCH less work these last TWO years. What if I don't ask for tax payer reimbursement from the nice payroll checks teachers have gotten paid continually. And you stop asking to give teachers a 3 percent reward for work not done or earned? Not about money? Really?
