Bottom line is that the Warwick school system sucks, has sucked for years, will not change, and there is no appetite for anything but more money. Take a ride to any town in MA. Every town is building new schools. Not RI, especially not Warwick. Word of advice, suck it up parents and spend the money to send your kids to private school.
