The reason that Warwick needs news schools (structures) is because the age of our structures and the fact that they are not code compliant with the applicable building codes today. In addition, to attract families, you need good modern schools. We don't have them. Personally, I dont want to put 85 million dollars into a 65 Volkswagen. That is exactly what we have. We need new structures. We need to level the old structures and use them as the ball fields. That is how it is done in MA.
