In that regards you are absolutely right. Aging infrastructure troubles most school systems in RI I'd guess. Problem is, when/if a city or town floats a $100 million bond to build a new high school (or other) most people take the "I don't have kids in school" mentality and vote it down. New schools would help both the education of our kids and our property values. If/when Warwick asks the voters for the money I will vote yes because it will help my kids and my property value. But how many people think that way? Not enough.
