You are right... again.
If I was in charge, the teachers contract negotiations would go on 12 to 15 hours a day 7 days a week, until we got to the finish line. (Naturally assuming that all parties were willing to put in the same effort.) I noticed that level of commitment from the Warwick Teachers Union but I STILL don't see it from the School Committee, although they do seem to have picked up the pace.
I agree with you that Warwick will be MUCH more attractive to home shoppers once we have teachers under contract.
