The fake "mayor's" continued refusal to acknowledge fact is once again evident: "[W]hy is the School Committee so against an independent audit?"

On the school district website, under "Business Office," is a link titled "District Financial Documents."

Among them is this entry for the FY16 budget, copied here the way appears on the site:

FY2016 Year End Fiscal Report – UNDER AUDIT – 11-15-16

This proves that the school committee pays for audits of its budget every year. Such audits are by definition independent since they are governed by Generally Accepted Accounting Principles [GAAP], a set of objective and professional standards that auditors must follow in order to preserve independence in their work.

The fake "mayor" thus succeeds again in the one thing he has proven an ability to do: Humiliating himself on this site with delusional conspiracy theories, baseless accusations, and false statements. Honest, taxpaying voters should be thankful that he so readily displays his total unfitness for office, making their decision to reject his candidacy again next November that much easier.
