Good thought but hard on a the residents in the area when it is on the corner of a major road and ONLY entrance to the entire neighborhood. I have almost driven over 3 people this year dressed in dark clothes standing in the middle of the street taking pictures. Cars parked the wrong way on the road with their headlights on when parked. The road is narrow and when cars are parked on both sides there is only room for ONE car to drive up and down the street during RUSH hour time. Major problem in the event a rescue vehicle needs to get by.
