Once again, NO KNOWLEDGE CORRENTE opens his pie hole proving yet again what an incompetent fool he is. The mayor had no decision making capabilities in this project as it was a state mandated and federally funded project. He continues to give evidence as to his complete lack of understanding of the simplest of issues.
