I was onboard right up to the part about Narcan.
No interest in learning to administer something to save the life of someone who will turn around and do it again, usually within hours if not immediately after you ruin their high.
And please, don't compare it to saving a drowning person, etc.- there's nothing accidental about the process of using heroin, from its purchase to its use.
