It is unclear to me how Ms. Rourke's positions differ from those of McCaffrey, if at all. It is also rather humorous that she proposes a higher minimum wage while simultaneously bemoaning the cost of higher educations. Does she not realize that government involvement with virtually ANY product or service increases it's cost and reduces it's quality? Finally, she says nothing about the confiscatory tax structure in RI or suffocating regulations, which combine to create a hostile business climate. Not a word, but plenty of ways to expand government. No Thanks.
