Do you know how many guys have left early because he’s blocking the way? How many good quality meant we train and then lose to retirement or to other cities?
We’ve lost many over the last 10 years so not only are we paying them to retire in there 40s we lose the knowledge, experience and have to hire more police.
Yes makes total sense to keep one guy and lose everyone underneath because your advancement is stalled.
