Thanks for the info, Thecaptain. Would it still be fair to say, though, that the number of people who pay property and car taxes in Warwick is less than 80,000? That's the main point, that not every resident is a taxpayer as the make-believe mayor is claiming.

Aside from that, as you rightly point out, the make-believe mayor has done nothing of substance for the city, except in his fevered imagination.
