I've seen you use that data before and I have some questions. First, 5800 residents is not the same as 5800 taxpayers. Second, to which taxes are you referring when you mention payers? Surely, you're not suggesting that all of the 5800 paid property taxes. And many do not pay income taxes. Probably best to say Warwick's population dropped in the last ten years and leave it at that.
