I respect your comments. I always have.
But directly or indirectly, I believe that ALL residents are taxpayers, therefore 5,800 "people", in my opinion, are 5,800 "taxpayers". I have no way of calculating which ones are direct taxpayers and which are taxpayers through their parents, but since they all are affected, they are all, in my opinion, "taxpayers", whether it is real estate taxes, personal property taxes or any other tax that Warwick receives revenue from.
