Congratulations Sophia Carter and all her teachers for the many hours of hard work that must have gone into this collective effort. This is another "feel-good" story that will attract new students, parents, AKA "taxpayers" to Warwick that will lessen the tax-burden on the rest of us.

Congrats also to Senator McCaffrey for showing his leadership by sponsoring the program.
