I can't stop laughing. Rick Corrente "wrote legislation" yet he has never been acknowledged by anyone involved in the legislation process as having had ANYTHING to do with it. Just like he had nothing to do with the budget at any time in his life and just like he's had nothing to do with paying his taxes or water/sewer bills since 2014. As soon as it seems Rick Corrente is done embarrassing himself, he posts another ridiculous, made-up claim with no factual evidence whatsoever to support it. This is all to cover for the fact that he doesn't have a clue what he's doing. Clearly there is no limit to what he'll take credit for next. Perhaps, the Moon landing, or even Social Security or Medicare. Thankfully, one thing he will never be taking credit for is winning an election for Mayor.
