Under the Beacon story on you I highlighted all of your years of delinquent car taxes. 2009, 2010 and 2011. You finally paid those taxes late on 1/25/12 when you were no longer able to registwr the car. After 1 more year of late payments your car DISAPPEARED from the tax rolls 2013-2015. You haven't been able to state WHAT CITY/TOWN YOUR CAR WAS REGISTERED FROM 2013-2015? You cannot spin your way out of this. Its there for anyone to look up.
