Oh Good Lord!! Whitehouse must wake up every day and thank God that his supporters have the intelligence of a grapefruit.

Fact: Taxes were cut for those who...pay taxes (i.e. not Whitehouse's supporters).

Fact: Taxes were also cut for lower income filers due to expansion of the standard deduction.

Fact: Corporate taxes were cut in order to bring the US corporate tax code more in line with that of the developed world.

Fact: Neither "Social Security" nor "Medicare" were mentioned in the tax bill, and there is no plan, anywhere, to cut either.

While I do not expect the Beacon to challenge any of Whitehouse's idiocy, it would be swell if just one seasoned citizen could put down his donut for thirty seconds and do so.
