I read your comments and I agree with a lot of what you're saying.

But we (myself included in that) can be part of the solution or, if we do nothing but complain about Warwick, we can be a growing part of the problem. I've decided to be part of the solution, and I invite you to join me. My cell number is 401-338-9900. Call me! Yell at me! Complain! Condemn! Suggest. Discuss. Or just recommend. Say whatever is on your mind, but when you're done venting, give me your thoughts as to what changes YOU would make. Your opinions COUNT, especially with me. This City belongs to the 80,000 taxpayers that are paying the tab. Make your honest opinions known.
