Um, RC, public record shows you didn't pay taxes your car for the years in question. So if you insist you did pay taxes then it wasn't in the city of Warwick. If you did, it would show up with the rest of the years listed. You can solve this issue in a very simple manner. Go to the tax assessors office with your proof and have them correct the online PUBLIC RECORDS. Then it won't be an issue. That you haven't sends a very clear message. Either the towns records are wrong or you are wrong. If it were me and I was running for office, I would clear it up immediately. But that's just me.
