It has also been stated that the practice of place holders has been discontinued so why is a suit being filed now? If Sinapi states the reason he filed is because he wants to make sure this stops happening only to find out that it HAS STOPPED HAPPENING then I don't understand the reasoning behind the suit. Has this happened again in 2018? Do you have evidence that the school committee has violated the open meetings law again? It seems like a complete waste of time and money. Exactly where will the funds come from if they have to pay? Is that from their budget as well?

RC, it is INDEPENDENT. You need to correct the master text you keep using to cut and paste. I know you have stated you never do that but you clearly are since you spelt it correctly in your second paragraph.
