Cat, it seems the two-time loser can't restrain himself from sounding like a candidate -- even though his record is one of humiliating losses and repeated lies.
Councilman Sinapi deserves credit for looking to ensure that the school committee adheres to open meetings laws. As the AG ruled, they incorrectly discussed one item and were not wrong in their use of "placeholders, which as you rightly note, are not used any more.
To the majority of honest, taxpaying voters in Warwick, these are oversights that should be corrected.
That the two-time loser claims these oversights prove his delusional conspiracy theories is a defect in his thinking, one of many that he willingly and repeatedly showed to voters before they dealt him his blowout loss on Sept. 12.
