You learned that I couldn't hear half of the questions because the echo in the City Chambers is so bad. Where you were sitting, in the balcony, for some reason, has no echo. You are right about one thing though. I didn't mention "one line item that I would cut" There are two reasons for that.
1. I didn't want people to think I would cut ANY item without the team-effort of the City Council and
2. If I said I would cut ten cents out of any particular line item you would attack me relentlessly on it.
I will agree with you on one more item in that The Warwick Beacon should have presented a couple of questions of their own.
Not bad Scal. Two in a row!
