What about the addendum or “Side Deal” as the projo refers to it back in 2009 when in the middle of a contract a deal was made to give up 5% of pay and many holidays because the city needed help. Does that mean that is void? These Go both ways. They will be proved legal and if need to be changed there will be negotiations....
