Aside from being gibberish (the expression is "writing on the wall), this is a patently false and delusional statement.

"My team and I..."

The two-time election reject has no "team," except perhaps the many voices in his own head that have convinced him that lies, name-calling, and fake accusations would be the basis of a legitimate campaign.

His vote will not matter; no one cares that he is watching; and none of his statements will affect anything in the city, least of all how the actual elected leaders do the jobs given to them by honest, taxpaying voters next Tuesday.
