Why did he run?
It clearly wasn't to accomplish anything but name recognition [which, true to for, for him, failed].
Why did he lie about his tax delinquency?
It's not because he had valid information showing otherwise -- he has only ever responded with more lies.
Why did he lie about the city's population, business sector, and student enrollment?
It wasn't to show that he had any grasp of the facts -- he has only every defended these lies by repeating them.
Why has he used this website for free political advertising, and continued to use it after his disastrous and humiliating second defeat in September?
It's not because he has any kind of following of people who actually believe him -- he doesn't.
As long as he remains under the delusional belief that seeing his name in the Beacon comments somehow makes his statements legitimate, he'll continue to willingly and repeatedly disgrace himself with lies, name-calling, and other juvenile behavior.
