The two-time election loser hasn't -- and is actually compounding your original lie by saying that only Mark Carruolo would know that he hasn't.

Obviously, the two-time election reject should be able to say whether he called him -- but for some reason he's not.

There are only two possibilities, Bobby: Either the two-time election reject called Mark and learned the truth that he's wrong, or he hasn't called Mark and is trying to distract from that with his usual moronic behavior.
