Give the new guy a chance! Too often, people base their opinions on candidates before they even have a chance to watch the candidate act. We need a fresh start with open-minded people who can find common ground. IMO, "experience" does not matter as much as you think-- it is not always what the candidate has the ability to do --rather, its what makes the candidate want to do it!
