Mr. D'Abrasca's tongue-in-cheek rant (e.g. "journalists whose primary mission is to seek the truth") scores points for humor, as it captures the pervasive ignorance of the left. I'd have a tad more respect for the left if one of them just said: "He's icky, and all the cool kids know it." Is the president rude, full of bluster, egotistical, and arrogant? Of course. Is it enough for his supporters to second guess their electoral decisions? Hardly. Bed-wetting Americans should be careful what they wish for as Mike Pence, a principled conservative, is in the bullpen. In the interim, we'll embrace:

a vast reduction in food stamps

wage growth

robust housing starts

fewer regulations

lower taxes on those who pay taxes

Q3 S&P earnings growth of 28%

a stock market that is still 26% higher than when the president was elected

stability on the Korean peninsula
