The fact that Warwick's schools are literally crumbling makes Warwick very unattractive to residents and other communities and hurts Warwick's reputation. Closing the bridge and entrance isn't attention to detail when it is clearly falling apart. Even more frightening is that the Principal waited until chunks of concrete were actually falling off the building before she did anything. Fortunately no one was injured.
