As always you make an intelligent point, but EVERY school across America has some amount of cement somewhere. ALL cement decays over time. Acting upon it as soon as Principal Caluori and Dr. Phil did, is, in my opinion, worthy of our respect and admiration. I don't see his reaction as "frightening". I see it as "immediate". Honestly, what more could he have done?
But I totally agree with you that it is fortunate that no one was hurt. Thanks God.
