If the FBI isn't investigating then they darn well should be. The State Police as well. What evidence do anyone need other than the fact that side deal wasn't signed off by the council? The practice was put in place and has remained in place until the Mayor put a stop to it. It would have been ongoing under the radar if Cote and Block hadn't brought it to the light of day. Once they started to, the WFD and Union started attacking them left and right. They even tried to send the fire marshal to try to intimidate and find something to write Block up. You can yell it from the roof tops all day/night long and it still won't change the fact that something underhanded is at play. I don't think the regular rank and file are out to screw the city of Warwick but I certainly do believe the administration and union are trying to milk the system for as much as they can get after they were faced with 2012's Two Tier pension system. The city can't take anymore. The taxpayer can't pay anymore and the WFD union is fighting tooth and nail to keep something that wasn't legal to begin with! Astonishing!
