Thanks for answering my question, Jim. I was asking because if there was no FBI investigation, as you say, I was curious if you had knowledge of any other investigation from any other agency, to which you said there is not. If this is an issue over contract language than I agree with you 100% there isn't much to see there and an investigation will show nothing. If there is evidence of systemic cheating the system that absolutely would fall into a serious offense and should be treated as such. I believe Ethan should address the single source aspect of his story. With something so important it really feels like single sourcing this was not enough. He should know when he prints "according to a source" he opens himself up to criticism. This story needs more in depth reporting in the next few weeks! That would be best for everyone.
