I never said "millions" were overpaid. I did say numerous times on air that so far from 2015-17 the numbers show approximately $250,000 over paid in unused sick time, which did not include retirees and command staff because the city had not released those documents. The 2012-15 numbers have not been tabulated and they are being tabulated by YKSM. However, I can tell you this, that my numbers and YKSM's numbers for 2015-17 are pennies apart.
